FEHRER HONORS 127 JUBILARIANS - 3,355 YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE COMPANY

"We are proud of our large number of loyal employees," says Rolf A. Königs President & CEO of the AUNDE Group. "As a medium-sized company with tradition, we are a reliable employer for many people in the region."

At the jubilee ceremony, twelve employees were honored for 40 years of service: Bernd Hammer, Erhard Schmidt, Volker Kuhn, Inge Trost, Wolfgang Jünk, Michael Rössner, Krimhilde Meyer, Klaus-Dieter Schottorf, Murat Mutlu, Lina Scervino, Hans-Dieter Kraus, Alfred Wirth. The management thanked 115 employees for 25 years of loyalty - after a two-year break from Corona.

Symbiosis of old and young

Tradition counts. Helge Pfeiffer, FEHRER management, says: "We are very proud of the large number of long-standing employees. But the young and new are also very important for a company." Only a balanced interaction of the generations equips a company optimally for the future. The course has been set at FEHRER. A total of 41 young people have completed their training or dual studies at FEHRER in the past three years - seven of them apprentices with special distinction.

"We are pleased that we can take on all trainees who have passed their final exams," says Pfeiffer. He adds that the next generation is also assured for the future. Four young people started their training at FEHRER this September.

Good qualifications are the best prerequisite for a successful start to a career. President & CEO of the AUNDE Group Rolf A. Königs, COO of the FEHRER Group Helge Pfeiffer, Human Resources Manager FEHRER Melanie Kuznik, Training Manager FEHRER Steffen Gernert and Chairman of the General Works Council FEHRER Martin Hartel are pleased about the successful results of the trainees.

Colleagues wanted

The FEHRER family is well positioned, yet: growth is welcome! "Currently, employees are being sought for our Kitzingen production," says Melanie Kuznik from Human Resources. For those who want to become part of the FEHRER crew, the doors are open.

No rarity at FEHRER: long-serving employees. The Kitzingen-based automotive supplier expressed its gratitude at the celebration event.
